Crispy yummy potato is a very unique tasty dish you can savor in the breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner. You can also enjoy the same with family or when you call your friends upon for a get-together. Here is how you can prepare the same.


Two big potatoes (3-4 inches),
Two medium-size onion (3inches),
1 teaspoon black pepper powder,
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 eggs.

How to prepare

Grate the potatoes and one onion and chop the other onion in thin one inch pieces. Add pepper, salt, red chili powder, and garlic powder to the same.

Mix all together. Squeeze this mixture to remove all excess water from it.

Heat the non-stick pan. Pour one tablespoon oil and spread all over. Put the mixture and spread it with the hand to make its corners smooth like a disk.

Put some butter pieces aside from the corners of the mixture in a pan. After cooking 3-4 minutes on a medium flame, cover the pan with a plate.

Turn the pan on it to take out that one side cooked the round mixture. Slide slowly again on the pan to cook another side.

Crack eggs gently on the dish. Leave all the yellow yolk round do not spread. Sprinkle black pepper powder salt and red chili powder on it.

Put it in the preheated oven on 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake it for 7-8 minutes. In between fry the chopped onion on high flame till it turns in the crispy brown. Take out the dish from the oven and garnish it with the fried onions.
