The month of Ramadan has begun. During the holy month, the Muslim eat only during the morning ‘Sehri’ and ‘Iftar’ at night. In the middle of time, they do not eat anything. In such a case, if you want to make things for instant food, then we are telling you some quick and easy recipes for snacks.

Fried Paneer
Paneer is not only a good snack, but it also helps ease hunger too. The special thing is that it digests easily, which does not have the problem of gas or acidity. You can make paneer at home or buy from the market. Cut it into small pieces and deep fry it or fry it in a nonstick pan. Serve it with green chutney.

Roasted potatoes
Mash the boiled potatoes and mix the bread slices in it. Mix chaat masala, dry mango, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, chopped green chili and coriander, and flour. Make small balls of the mix and flatten it with the palm. Mix all these items and make a dough. Fry it in a nonstick pan and serve with ketchup or any cold drink.

Chole masala
Put chole in water and leave it overnight. Cut tomato, green chili, onion. Boil the chole and then add chopped ingredients in it. Mix the chat masala, salt, chilies, cucumber and coriander, and the dish is ready. It is very light and easy to make.

Fruit salad
For fruit salad simply chop the fruits of your choice in small size and mix it with a fruit chaat spice in a bowl. You will not need to add salt to it. Cut the fruit in small pieces and try to keep it in the fridge before having.
