Are you someone who cannot really pretend about something? Do fake people around you intrude your piece of mind? Are you surrounded by people who have a conflict of interest with you? Are you frustrated with the people who play mind games with you?

Well everyone has to work around such people but the worst part is you got no choice but to work with you. If that sounds difficult to you because you are someone who just cannot talk with people just for the sake of talking. So here are some of the professional moves that you need to take to deal with such people around you.

There are certain people who have the habit to take personal things out even in professional spaces. They would leave no stone unturned to annoy you, do things that will make you furious but the more you react or respond to their actions or moves which are made intentional the more you will get hurt and consequently you would lose focus from your work as it would shake your mental peace completely.

The only way to deal with it is to ignore these people, while workplace culture allows you to talk to these people but you need to maintain a considerable amount of distance without reacting anything to whatever they do to affect you. The best reaction is no reaction and when they will see that you are no longer affected with it, it will shake their confidence and ugly motives.

Also, if things are going beyond control you can always talk to HR, considering the relation you have with them or the consequences it would bring to the situations. Never let your emotions, your anger actually control you because it will help the other person to win the situation.
