The idea to be successful in life isn’t enough to motivate people to be successful. The fact that everyone wants to be successful yet only a few know how to be successful keeps a lot of people away from success. The degree of motivation and demotivation to succeed in life may although vary from scale to scale but the role of motivation cannot be denied either.
“If You Are Working On Something That You Care About, You Don’t Have To Be Pushed. The Vision Pulls You.” – Steve Jobs
Here is a list of some of the de-motivators that push one against the path of achieving success:
• Stress and fatigue:
"The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. Without a doubt, success demands a lot of hard work which a lot of people find difficult to do. They are stressful about putting in efforts to achieve something which often acts as a de-motivator for success.
• Lack of confidence:
"It is confidence in our bodies, minds, and spirits that allows us to keep looking for new adventures". It is often seen that people lack a sense of faith and believe in themselves which acts as an obstacle in a path of success.
• Vague about the kind of SUCCESS they want:
If you are confident about achieving success and are determined to achieve your goal no one can stop you from achieving success if you are also working for it. However, if you don’t have a clear understanding of what you want in life you would not work for your goals.
